The attachment work of soft seal sponge material used for automobile parts, home electric appli-ances, etc., which was previously reliant on the skills of workers, has been robotized. By using a robot system developed with Toyotomi Kiko, an automobile parts manufacturer, in the center, attachment work of seals to complicated shapes such as curves and curved surfaces and automatic cutting will be demonstrated. There will be also a corner where you can feel the speed and accuracy of seal attachment through competition with a robot.

By utilizing the latest artificial intelligence (AI) technology provided by DENSO WAVE, robotization of work for which automation has been difficult is realized.
